Time to stop focus on your baby and learn the tools of hypnobirthing
If this is not your first pregnancy, chances are you’ve hardly had a chance to consider or even begin preparing for the birth of your baby and the journey you are about to take. You may also feel your needs at a prenatal course are slightly different from first-time parents. You are likely familiar with many of the processes and concepts and don’t have the time to spend on a long-detailed course. This space is for you!
In our time together we will:reflect and build on past birth experiences
- recap the process of labour and birth
- learn the tools of hypnobirthing
Learn self-hypnosis techniques you, as the one in control, will be able access to put yourself into an altered state of awareness during labour to remain relaxed and calm
When to do your hypnobirthing for second time mums
I recommend that you begin your hypnobirthing refresher course anytime after 20 weeks of pregnancy. Really the more practice you do the better. But you can attend up to 36 weeks, it's never too late! Even after 36 weeks you can benefit hugely, so email me for a chat if you have reached this stage and still would like to do the course.
